BMW 1 Series Coupe

Personally I admired the new design of  1-series coupe by BMW. I have test driven a 3-series myself and I was flattered because it does not deserve a thumbs up. However there is just something about the 1-series coupe that can’t be found on other BMW models out there. Actually just last week BMW officially announced the 2012 BMW 1-series, which has became the talk of mouth in the auto industry. The main features is actually the 135i which showcases the newest N55 engine which is also a 3.0-liter inline-6 engine. Personally I can say it’s eco-friendly since it uses diesel gasoline and has low mileage. Besides,The 135i can be equipped with the 7-speed double clutch transmission (DCT) which we’ve seen before on the new Z4 roadster and other BMW models.
To date there are only two versions available in the market with this update, the 128i Coupe and the 135i Coupe. The 128i is powered by a 3.0-liter engine producing 230 bhp and and could run on its standard speed limit. It features the BMW Valvetronic throttle-less intake technology and an aluminium/magnesium construction which are some of the core elements of the BMW EfficientDynamics program. Apart from the excellent features, no one can deny that the maintenance of this model is quite easier compared to other car brands. Jeep Comanche – Old Yet Gold!

We can’t deny it Jeeps are about the right size to fit on off-road trails, but nothing in Jeep’s (domestic) lineup offers a pickup bed.

However before you mention the recently announced Mopar kit to convert a JK Unlimited into a half-cab pickup, that just don’t cut the mustard. MJ Comanche in fact shared just about everything with the four-door XJ from the doors forward, including the UniFrame chassis and the XJ’s choice of fuel-injected 2.5L four-cylinder engine, GM-sourced carbureted 2.8L V-6 engine, or Renault-sourced turbodiesel 2.1L four-cylinder.

Under its skin, the 1986 Comanche became a sort of one-year-only design, with the substructure forward of the firewall changing in 1987 to permit the longer 4.0L engine in both the XJ and MJ.

Though Jeep continued to produce the MJ through 1992 – including the rare and desirable Eliminator versions – its fate was effectively sealed in 1987 when AMC came under the control of Chrysler, which already had its own compact pickup in the Dakota. Jeep built a total of 45,219 Comanches in 1986, the second-highest total for the MJ over its lifespan. From the cab back, however, the MJ used a specially-designed subframe that connected to the forward UniFrame chassis and used a leaf-spring suspension similar to the XJ’s, but fitted with longer springs to handle heavier loads as well as a height-sensing proportioning valve that changed the brake bias when the bed had a load in it.

Starter Solenoid: Do You Often Hear Starter Clicks On Your Car?

I just check discussion sites and I observed that there are a lot of folks complaining about the starter of their car. It’s true that almost forty percent of experience drivers are experiencing such issue and thus I’m here to explain to you why this heck thing keeps on happening. First of all, I would like you to know that there are several factors causing car starter problems and these stuff could be found on or near the transmission are such as the battery, the alternator, the sealed beam and the starter solenoid.

The battery is the main source of electricity and this plays a vital role to a car. Carburetor Gasket Kit: A Big Trouble

Recently, I encountered a problem on the carburetor gasket kit and that was such a big charge to experience. I have a 99 m900 and this is my first motorcycle since I was high school. I already did some replacement with the carb. The last time I remembered was that I took it to the dealer for another replacement. They have charged me $300. Weeks later, the dealer returned it to me assuring that is ok but actually not. As I ran my baby, it once stall into a gear on the neutral mode. However then, there is a white smoke that came up on the transmission and stopped while on the neutral mode. I decided not to return to the dealer but to fix it on my own. 

Not so knowledgeable about it, I search for manual and finally found one. I’ve purchased a new Standard carburetor gasket kit plus additional front pipe and have done the replacement. The total amount I’ve shelled out was $300, the amount I paid in the labor years ago.  I've looked though a bunch of the parts diagrams using the internet and classify which one will best fit on my baby. I’d found a universal gasket kit at around $60. I was amazed with the result and was glad of it. If I were to asked, I would recommend the Standard for it has the quality and the durability, which you could found from other brands. Not that bias, im giving my thumbs up to it. :)
